Maintenance & Operational Works

All operational works, maintenance activities and estate services are carried out by Parc Properties, the appointed managing agent acting on behalf of London Yard Management Company Limited “LYMC”. The London Yard does not undertake maintenance work.
Its role is oversight, governance and administrative review as required.

Cyclical Maintenance

A long-term cyclical plan exists to guide major works and ensure consistency in budgeting. Parc Properties manages and coordinates these works under the oversight of LYMC.
