The estate is overseen by the London Yard Management Company Ltd (LYMC), a not-for-profit administrative body run by volunteer shareholder directors. Daily operational management, including maintenance, repairs and site services, is carried out by the appointed managing agent, Parc Properties.
About the Estate
London Yard is a long-established residential development on the eastern side of the Isle of Dogs.
Constructed between 1984 and 1987, it consists of freehold houses, leasehold apartments and commercial units set within communal grounds.
This website does not serve a commercial or promotional purpose.
Its sole aim is to provide accurate, up-to-date information for those who already reside here.
