Rubbish and Recycling
London Yard maintains a responsible and “green” approach to its waste. The attached document shows the location of all the rubbish and recycling bins within London Yard by block. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with these locations.
On page 2 of the attached document are strict guidelines you must observe when disposing of waste. Please note the free service number for council collections. Any waste not disposed of properly has to be disposed of at the expense of all shareholders so it is in all our best interests that you comply.

This is in place and enforceable to ensure that both the properties of the London Yard Management Company and the terms of the individual leases are met. It also seeks to ensure that any anti-social behaviour by shareholders and tenants is dealt with quickly and effectively. It has been updated as at August 2011 and now shows clear reference between the requirement and the legal framework that enforces it, i.e. the lease or deed of covenant.

Newsletters
In 2009, the current Board started to send out newsletters to all shareholders informing them on changes, news, events etc. The Board continues to receive positive feedback on these newsletters and has undertaken to continue to produce them for as long as resources allow. The newsletters are send to all shareholders as part of the quarterly service charge demands. Copies are now on this website, links on the right hand side of the page give access.
Much of the information in these newsletters is also useful to tenants and so the Board, in addition to the newsletters, provides an abbreviated version for tenants which is posted in the lobbies of all blocks and by the Security Hut.
The Board is always seeking to improve its communications so if you have any constructive feedback, please email directors@lymc.co.uk or contact Parc who will forward the feedback on. Also, if you would like to help with the creation and production of this newsletter, we would be very pleased to hear from you.
